Ticket prices and attendance
At each game, we listened for the stadium announcer so we could record game attendance as a point of order, though oftentimes, it was not announced or displayed on the scoreboard so we sometimes found this data point after the game on mlb.com. The highest attended game was to see the Padres at Qualcomm Stadium, likely because of the perfect weather on a Saturday night. The lowest attendance was when we saw the Twins at the Metrodome in Minnesota.
Not including the ticket shown at right to see the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, we spent $520 each on tickets for an average of $17.33 per game. Note that this dollar value does not factor in currency conversion for the two games in Canada. We paid the least at Dodger Stadium because we got a group rate in the cheap seats and the most at Fenway Park in Boston because the game was sold out and we had to buy tickets on the street.

Ballpark Rankings
Both Mike and Tim ranked Wrigley Field as the best ballpark and Comerica Park in Detroit as the lowest. Average rankings for both Mike (6.82) and Tim (6.30) are close. Though we approached our rankings differently and in the moment, in general, our rankings were determined by overall experience, crowd vibes, food options, and stadium aesthetics.
